Environmental Portraiture is story telling. As with the studio portrait, the goal is to enable the subject(s) to unfold and openup to me, the camera, and thus the viewer. To portray the people in these photographs with their richness and beauty and to be able to share them with the world they touch, is truly a gift to us all. Photographing in the environment, be it one's home, their work or another place of significance; give us visual clues as to who these people are.
